Gönülçelen (Heartbreaker) is a compelling Turkish drama series from 2010. Set in Istanbul, the story is inspired by George Bernard Shaw's classic play 'Pygmalion' and its musical adaptation 'My Fair Lady.' It follows a successful musician and music professor who discovers a beautiful but unrefined young woman from a poor neighborhood who sells flowers on the streets. He makes a wager that he can transform this free-spirited, raw talent into a refined, high-society star, leading to an emotional and transformative journey for them both.
