Jung Suh and Song Joo grew up together, always there for each other. Tragedy begins when Song Joo studies overseas without Jung Suh. Her father remarries Tae Mira, who brings her two children, Tae Hwa and Yuri. Yuri, envious, tries to take everything from Jung Suh, including Song Joo. Tae Hwa develops feelings for Jung Suh, but she still loves Song Joo. Five years later, Jung Suh loses her memory in a car accident and starts anew with Tae Hwa, while Song Joo believes she's dead. When they meet again, he tries to remind her of their love. Just as fate seems to align, Jung Suh is diagnosed with eye cancer.
