Haruka Tsubaki, a legendary anchor, returns to Tokyo from New York to fill a newscaster position at CNB Television. After a past incident forced her to leave her previous role, she's brought back by Senior Executive Director Katsutoshi Shibata, who promises to take responsibility for her actions.
