Why do I need this?
Subtitles created for a 23.976fps source play out of sync if you watch the same content at 25fps (PAL speed-up). The timestamps need to be scaled by the FPS ratio.
Will this affect the text?
No. Only timestamps change. The optional video preview is just there to verify drift visually before downloading.
Most common conversions?
23.976 → 25 (NTSC film → PAL TV) and 25 → 23.976 (the reverse). The tool handles all combinations.
