When would I use this instead of the full sync shifter?
When only part of your subtitle drifts — common after ad breaks were edited out of a recorded broadcast, or when subtitles were re-timed across a chapter boundary.
How do I find the right time range?
Play your subtitle alongside the video, or load the video in this tool and watch the overlay. Note the first cue that drifts and the last cue you want to shift, then enter both in the From / To boxes.
Will the cues outside the range stay put?
Yes. Only cues whose START time falls inside [From, To] move.
